Lettice and Lovage is a delightfully witty comedy by Peter Shaffer that follows the unlikely friendship between the flamboyant and imaginative Lettice Douffet and the practical, no-nonsense Lotte Schoen. When Lettice’s habit of embellishing history lands her in trouble, the two women find themselves drawn together in a battle between fact and fancy.
